[Resolved] Airtel — Set - top box not rectified. | |||
My consumer id is [protected]. On april 2017 i recharge 1 year subscription including 1 year bmc (Box maintaince contract). Within 2-3 day my set top box had been out of order. Than i complain to airtel customer care for rectification. After several time their visit with wrong set top changing & taking time 7-8 days rectified it for few days. Same thing had been happen on 11th june'17 & 9th july'17. Why i pay for said long rectification time. I want airtel should not charge the said rectification time (18-20 days), but they are not agree.
