Airtel — set up box charge | |||
Set-top box charges Customer id: [protected] My airtel dth set-top box stopped working suddenly. I raised a compliant with customer care. An engineer visited my house and checked, he informed set top box is faulty. He said this old model settop box not provided. And a new HD box set for you total cost 600rs for replacement. I am not sure why i have to pay when the services and devices are provided by airtel. I paid rs 3000 for their box during initial connection. Why should i pay again when they provided such poor quality box. This is not acceptable and not happy with this kind of service from airtel If this can be fixed without any charge i will continue to use the service, otherwise i will cancel the service.
