Airtel — shifting of airtel broadband connection to new address | |||
I have an Air Tel Broadband Internet since last 1 year. Recently I have changed my residence from address Noida to New Delhi. Before shifting to my new address, I had already asked to Air Tel Customer care to shift my connection to my new address and your personnel had assured me to provide the same services to my new address. Now I got the call as they are unable to process my request as there is no Airtel connectivity in that area. Why did you not informed it earlier ? If most of the area is unwired of your network how can you say that your connection shifting process will work. Pathetic response from Airtel. Amit Was this information helpful? | |||
