[Resolved] Airtel — shop people is not responding are not responding properly | |||
I have requested for name change in the month of april in the airtel center, total mall, bangalore. I have paid the money for the same. Till now they have not taken any action and not responding to the calls and asking me to submit the documents again. I have already provided all the relevant documents and photos and they has assured me it will get finished with in couple of day, And most of the time if you call to the shop number, they won't pick up and even if they pick up you have to explain the complete details and finally they will say manager is not in the shop and ask us to call later.
