Airtel — signal bars issue | |||
Reference no. C4gsp[protected]. I have been complaining for 1 year now regarding the signal issue, today (10 th january 2020), i called in customer care and go the call escalated to the so called senior representative named anil kumar (Not sure if he gave the correct name), he was just going on asking me the question that i already gave to the first rep, the so called senior rep was arguing and not listening to what i was saying, since one year i am only listening one statement, ""we are working on the issue in your area and it will be fixed soon"" You (Airtel) do not give training to your reps or so called senior reps how to talk to the customer (Am talking about signals, he is replying regarding data) One of the worst customer services in the country I need the issue to be resolved asap Was this information helpful? | |||
