Airtel — signal fluctuation & airtel store missguide me no solution by customer care | |||
Respected sir... (No issue solved by customer care) I am rakesh using airtel postpaid service on [protected]. It is my mail about loosing single strength due to network fluctuation. Custer care had suggest me to change sim to new sim.. I had re issued sim card from airtel store jalandhar cantt (29-july-217) for replace old one but new sim does not work and old one is still activate.. I had again visit airtel 31-july -17 store regarding new provided sim not working they tell me that 1800 airtel number is pending for activate and so this is reason that sim is not working and telling me they have no idea when this sim will work... My single fluctuation problem is still there with old sim. I am proving new sim number that is not working. Please solve my problem.. I had mail 121 4 time they suggest me to activate sim by sending message but i receive message sim is faulty. Airtel store misguide me and wasting my lot of time. Please solve my problem or suggest me what to do. Network issue (3G & 4G) for more than 1 year.. but no solution has been provided by Airtel. Poor response from customer care, they are asking us to change the network.
