This is to bring to your kind attention that I have raised a complaint no 65556380 on 13th june 22 from registered mobile no. After that, for
next 4 days, I got daily calls from Airtel that they don't have any engineer and they rescheduled the request multiple times and finally Mr Mulayam visited my house on 16th June. He inspected and told me that he needs to fit a device called Line Amplifier to improve the signal, now when my connection was started in first week of June Mr Abhishek who came for installation he said I need line amplifier which he had fitted and taken Rs 900 from me [WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT DESPITE MULTIPLE REQUESTS]
Now Mr Mulayam says that he never installed Line amplifier.
After which he also left and never came back.
SO not even one single day I could watch TV properly, and its now 9 days since I have complained but there is absolutely no response from AIRTEL
Iam profusely regretting getting AIRTEL DTH
Should have gone for Jio or tatasky.
Worst service
