Airtel — signals for incoming and outgoing calls and data not able to use

I am R.padma Mobile no.[protected], Post paid Flat No.102, Sai Lakshmi Towers, Chandanagar, Hyderabad-500050. And also [protected] M.V.Rama Mohan Rao, prepaid. We are facing Signals problem for the both mobiles. And also not able to use DATA. We are given Many times complaints but no one cleared the problem. But after some days if we call your customer services they will tell that we are taking the complaint our employees are working on that issue. But the problem is not cleared. We are paying simply bills to you for bad services. If I am unable to use your data (internet) in the both of the phone no. then how you will charge for the plans. You are not ansb'le for that ? How many days we have to wait give us clarification.Why you are not rectifying the problem on priority. pl. clarify.
