Airtel — SIM CARD CLOSED AFTER RECHARGE | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I want to put a serious issue regarding one of my numbers but before that I want to say all of my family member are using Airtel service from long time and we think Airtel is a best service provider w.r.t of its network coverage, call quality and customer service unlike many of other service provider which are cheating customer by deduction false money from account and poor service etc. But after this issue my perception about Airtel change so kindly go thought my issue even if you can’t able to solve my problem kindly rectify your system for those customer who will get such a problem in future. Now I like to explain my problem- I was using my Airtel number [protected] when I was in Delhi before 2-3 month ago. I leave Delhi and came at UP and after some time I start using local number so this number was put as my second sim in my mobile and not so frequent use so I can’t remember either I make any call in last 30-45 days from this number or not but whatever it is, 4 day before I buy a new mobile and think to use airtel internet so I put this sim ([protected]) in my new mobile on 30/03/2015 its working fine so I recharge with net pack of 154rs (500 MB) and one topup and make some outgoing call it working fine but after 2 days on 01/04/2015 it network gone after so much struggle when I call your customer care she is says that your sim card registration fail because you did not use your sim from long time (90 days) now I just want to ask you what the hell it is I don’t know how long I am not using this sim but I assure you I am using this number more frequent than my any other number from last 3 days. So I finally I want to say this is totally unfair and not expected from such a reputed service provider side, if you willing to close my sim you could do it much before but not after I recharge it. And my goodluck but think what happened if I recharge with netpack of 500 rs or more. So I think it is pure cheating from your side. Hoping for positive response.
