[Resolved] Airtel — SIM card not activated after 10 days of buying it | |||||
I bought a new SIM card (no. [protected]; SIM no. H1 [protected] [protected]) on 6th April from a local Airtel shop. But I did not get any signal till today. I made contact with the Airtel customer service FOUR separate times through http://www.airtel.in/forme/home/needhelp. In the last query (reference no. PR[protected], I was promised that I would get signal in my phone by the evening of 13th April; but nothing happened. I would like to see the issue resolved ASAP. Thanks.
