Airtel — sim card not activated struggled like anything | |||
Sirs, I am holder of mobile phone (Post paid) number with airtel. Last 1st oct 19, i lost my mobile phone along with simcard while travelling., and then immediately visited airtel office at coimbatore lakshmi mills... Waited for taking token 2 and the staff who attended my call was so lethargic and laughing with his colleague and did not attend properly. After a long struggle that fellow asked me to wait for a 24 hrs time. Myself waited until today (Ie) 5th oct, 19, it is yet to activated.. Myself have sent number of times mails, made phone calls nothing was happened so far. Also after my 1st visit on 1st oct, customer care staffs wanted to me to go airtel store again... Myself again visited on 4th oct,,, and till today it was not activated. Now when call to customer care,, again it is being asked to visit to airtel office and check... I have been put in to tremendous mental agony and unable to do any banking activities,, also unable to do any phone calls both incoming and outgoing... Very very awkward services are being provided by airtel... Was this information helpful? | |||
