Airtel — sim, customer, service not deactivating and reissuing my sim | |||||
I lost my sim card which i've been using for aroung 4 years. The sim is linked to all my official purpose and banking areas. Upon approaching the offline store with an fir (Lost and found) copy i was informed that the sim card was not registered on my name. The pathetic consumer support includes employees like mr. Narayan ([protected]-odisha) who clearly lack the basic principles of consumer support i. E listening and understanding, i have been a loyal coustomer of airtel for 4-5 years and i am shocked at the ways the company is treating its coustomers. Due to a shopkeepers negligance and due to airtel not taking proper validation. My number was registered to someone else and i encountered this only when my sim got lost. I am not able to block my sim card and issue an alternate number even after having proper fir and reissuing documents. I am greately dissatisfied as an airtel consumer and i see how the company has transformed over the years from coustomer oriented to money oriented Was this information helpful? | |||||
