[Resolved] Airtel — Sim deactivation with no purpose | |||
I own a sim from past 3 yrs, which was deactivated without any reason. No damage on the sim card. i called up to the cc and they asked me to take a new sim card & visit the store to check for further info*. when i steped into the store. i gave my information 1 : The sim owner is not available MS PHILOMENA ( LATE) . 2 : I have only the Adhara acknowledgment. military canteen card i asked them for a resolution they asked me try to change the sim for a post paid plan ( were i was not at all interested ) . and after three months i have to change it back to PER-PAID with no reason. but i just wanted to take new sim this was a pathetic and disgusting experience. in KORAMANGALA AIR TEL SHOWROOM i waited for 1 hour 45 min without reason. and spoke 5 different people . but they just ignored . did not take any action I NEED A RESOLUTION FOR THIS Was this information helpful? | |||
