Airtel — Sim disconnection | |||
I have been the user of airtel for last 8 years or so usong the same number. The company decided to just disconnect my number without giving me any prior caution or warning for the same. As per their own terms and conditions they are to provide me a grace period of 15 days. Custumar care is so irresponsible... They just act like robots without understanding the problem.
