Airtel — sim is blocked without any reason | |||
Im using airtel sim from past 10years (Number is [protected]), but sim is not working since[protected] after noon. I went to airtel store, they said sim is blocked. Im asked to them why the sim is blocked and what is the reason, but they not said any reason. Im shout on them because i have an important call at that time because of i have an interview. My job recruiter will call to me at that time. But im very tensioned from that time because my sim is not working from that time. So im decided give complaint on aitel. I tried to recharge phone #[protected] for Rs 199 thru my airtel app. The payment went through but transaction shows as declined. Paid by SBI Debit card transaction ID[protected].

An amazing service from airtel where their network is every area but will not work in mine. Agreed it does now but it's been over 5 days no one bothered to contact me to inform my request is cancelled and the complaint team says they can't raise a complaint on my Behalf. This is called pathetic customer service.
