Airtel — sim not activated after porting from bsnl to airtel

Sir i had submited a MNP request for BSNL to Airtel on 9th Nov 2018 and airtel had confirmed that my request accepted and on 14th Nov 2018 at 23.00.00 BSNL service provider stoped their services. But still now on 15th Nov 2018 at 16.55 my airtel sim was not activated. Sir this is my important no. I need it very urgent . Sir my all works are pending without my no. And i am unable to recieve my important calls.
Sir please solve this issue
