Airtel — sim not activated after porting. no one addressing grievance | |||
I ported my number [protected] dated 14/10/2017. My number was ported on 22/10/2017 and the old sim deactivated. Since then outgoing calls on my ported number are non functional but incoming is on. The balance is zero. I tried recharging it online, through retailer, frc but it failed every time. So i am stuck with a sim which has zero balance and which can't be recharged by any means. I visited the nearby airtel store (Patel nagar new delhi) and they have only one solution to all problems "sir, change to postpaid plan (I think they are trained to do so)" and while calling customer care they say "sir please contact after 24 hours, the systems are upgrading." where is customer satisfaction? Who will help me? Please fix this asap. When the country is investing millions in programs like "digital india", airtel is trying its best do the contrary. Was this information helpful? | |||
