It's been so frustrating to take a simple sim from airtel. I have vodafone and jio numbers but never ever had such a problem. Not sure if i did a blunder opting for an aitel number.
New sim asked for verification numbers and i have two numbers. Got the code with an sms stating verified and to call 59059. When i call it shows "mobile network not available" tried changing mobiles, tried changing manual network, all as per shopkeeper and airtel customer service guys, but no-one knows what to do
Airtel customer representatives send to shopkeeper and shopkeeper asks to call verification. Verification guys say call 121. And 121 doesn't have any such issue on thier list and you listen to the automated message with no solution. Feels like a sin having opted to take an airtel connection.
Its been two days now. If you guys can do something am available on my alternate number [protected].
