[Resolved] Airtel — Sim not activated even after 1 week | |||
I have changed my sim due to some issue in my previous sim. The new sim was bought at Airtel Store, Patel Nagar and I have submitted the required documents. Its been a week now and my sim is still not activated. I have even contacted the Airtel Store guys and they are saying that the activation needs to be done from the backend team and they do not have any contact person who can ask them to activate the number. They have send numerous mails but no action has been taken till now. Even I have submittted an online request for activation as well. but still not reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
