[Resolved] Airtel — Sim not being activated | |||
Since i lost my Sim i got a duplicate Sim from airtel on 29th march around 11 am. They said the SIM will get activated in 4 hours. Since the SIM did not get activated I called the customer care at around 9pm and they said that the number has been activated. I should again visit the airtel store to resolve the issue. On 29th march around 10:30 am again I went to airtel store. They said because of server issue the document could not be submitted and the number will get activated by 2pm. Again the number did not get activated. When i called the customer care again they said that the documents have not been submitted to them. They wont even tell how or by when will they receive the document. This is very sad service from airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
