[Resolved] Airtel — Sim not being active after call verification | |||
Dear team, I have purchased a prepaid SIM no [protected] bearing serial no[protected] on 26th of feb15 n all the valid documents were given to the salesman of Airtel outlet. Since then I have been regularly chasing with customer care team n get fake assurence every time that it will activated within24 hours n so n so but the result is its still not activated even signals also not coming. Since I marked several mails to them but I come to know that there is no one interested to help their customer. Pl do something at your end n get me out of this... Was this information helpful? | |||
