Hi Airtel Team,
I'd like to bring to everyone's notice that i requested for an esim and it did not work. When called 121, customer care said we cannot help and visit a physical store. I visited and they did not help as well. I visited again and i had got a duplicate sim card on Sept 23, 2022 and was informed that it would be activated within 4 hours. However it is extremely disappointing to note that it has still not been activated after more than 24 hours and 4 followup visits to the physical store. The physical store guys are not giving any explanation and just trying the sim on different devices and switching on and off airplane mode and waiting for network to arrive. And when i ask them to raise official complain they reply saying its weekend and lets try on Monday again.
Also since my sim card has not yet been activated i cant dial the 121 number too and file a compliant with customer care. Request you to kindly look into it and resolve the issue at the earliest.
