Airtel — Sim not working - charged rs.300

I visited Airtel office requesting them to unblock my lost+blocked sim. They charged me rs.300 to recharge and activate and gave me a new sim. They also collected my pan card and took my picture. It has been 7days and it is still not working. I have visited the Airtel office thrice till now. They keep sending me back saying it will start working in 4hrs. The employees are rude and incompetent. I need my rs.300 back at the least and want Airtel to compensate for my troubles. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I was also charged rs.50 for the new sim. I was son cal with Airtel customer care for two hours and they were of absolutely no help at all. They kept saying I should go back to Airtel office to resubmit my documents whereas I have already given all the original documents and pictures that was requested. Such an unprofessional business should not exist. These are the businesses frustrating the citizens out of this country

This kind o[censored]nprofessional business should not exist. These are the people frustrating citizens out of the country.
