[Resolved] Airtel — Sim number not activated

My 2 year old number [protected] was suddenly stopped network and when i wist to airtel service centre there branch manager don't known the resonance why it happen and from last 8 days i going to there office but still i dont get with my network and that number is too much important for me they says it's an open network 3 rd class service and network
