[Resolved] Airtel — Sim papers not forwarded | |||||
My Sim papers have not been forwarded processed since last month. Suddenly my Sim was out of service. I was asked to resubmit. Then again nothing happened, no actions taken. Really really irritated. I was asked to visit airtel store again to check personally with them about the documents as the customer care apparently had done their part. Meanwhile 200 bucks already spent on travel. Not the first time airtel has disappointed me. Last time had serious issues with the landlines. Need to tell other people to stop using airtel. Pathetic customer service. From yesterday our landline is not working. Can someone please look into this asap.. And solve the issue. Our landline no is[protected]. Due to this, we r not able to use our broadband too... Looking at an immediate action...

On 26/08/2016 I got a massage that my internet pack for rs 299 of 1.25 gb has been renewed and rs 299 has been deducted from my balance(My Number is [protected]). There is no logic of renewing the 1.25 gb pack for one month once I have already opted one pack for same period.Refund this.
