Airtel — sim ported yesterday is not working | |||
Hi Yestarday at 11 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working. Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. I have raised request for port on 27th oct, after 5 days my problem have only doubled instead of getting resolved, as now my both sim are not working. If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don't have any solution also, they even said i[censored] wish u can port your number to another network. Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim Hoping this time my issue will be resolved My number is [protected] Thanks Rup narayan singh Was this information helpful? | |||
