[Resolved]  Airtel — SIM SWAP not working

I followed the procedure given for SIM SWAP from 3g to 4g. I got a message for confirmation where i had to type 1. I did the same for which i got a msg
"Wrong HLR GOLD SIM, Please try again with correct HLR sim number"
When i contacted customer care i was told to repeat the same procedure but to no avail. I had already contacted the customer care only after trying a few times. Customer care executive was inefficient and just kept on saying to try again. I would like this to be resolved soon failing which i am planning to change my operator.After this my SMS facility is also not working.

my 4g sim is also not working after sending the sim no to 121 and then replying 1, it says that your request is in progress but its been a week since i got that sim
