Airtel — sim swap provision failure

5days back my sim has lost its network coverage and showing no service...
When i went to airtel relationship centre they are simply swapping with a new sim and saying that it will be activated within 6hrs..
If it fails then again they are giving me new swapped sim..
2times they have gave me normal sim
And one time h1 (All in one) sim
And another time h2 series sim...
But till now no sim has been activated..
When i check my status of the sim activation through sms it is showing sim_swap_provision_failure
Reason for rejection : new imsi mapping series not exists
Plz solve my issue soon...
