[Resolved]  Airtel — Site transfer - so no airlte network for next 90 days

Airtel promised me 4 G services in my locality and have sold a 4G plan that is received thro' a WIFI router (HUWAEI). And I have been using this for a year atleast with a fair quality coverage, I have paid roughly 2500/- as the device cost which is non-refundable, Suddenly the service is lost since 3 weeks and I was told by the airtel support that thier current lease for the tower is over and they are rebuiding it in another location. And this will take 3 months to complete. Also Airtel suggested me to disconnect the service if I can;t wait for 3 months. This is ridiculous, I have chosen Airtel based on the gaurantee they gave me while selling this plan. This is the SR No.[protected]complain no. with airtel support). If Airtel cannot continue to provide services, then they must communicate that to me clearly rather they have been charging me all these days.
