Airtel — slow 4g internet

I am using airtel postpaid connection, there is a lot of network issues now a days, the Internet shows 4g but the speed is less than 2g.This is very frustrating to tell that YouTube homepage is taking nearly 2 min to load completely. I have been facing this issue from a week and I am planning to port to JIO if this is unresolved. Please resolve this asap. This is my number : [protected]
