[Resolved] Airtel — Smart card stolen by the engineer of airtel digital t.v. company 15 days back | |||||
1. I have made complaint to air tel digital t.v for non getting signal for dish t.v. 2. They have sent the engineer who have done some checking and after t.v. started. 3. After 2nd days it was again found that there is no signal and i am not able to watch the t.v. and therefore, again i have made complaint with air tel dish t.v. 4. Again they have sent same engineer and he checked, he found that the wire was separated from the dish. 5. After one week again there was some problem for not showing the picture on t.v. and thereafter I have made complaint for the same. 6. Air tel dish t.v. company has sent engineer for checking the problem. The engineer attend the problem and he had takeout the smart card from set top box without our knowledge saying charger is not working and he went away . 7.After so many time personally talk to air tel dish t.v. customer care but till today card has been not replaced by the co. Now I want to refund of money from the day of installation of dish. Their services is very poor. It is just harrashment to the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
