Airtel — sms not receiving from uae (etisalat) to india (airtel

My airtel no. +[protected] is not able to receive sms from uae no. +[protected], however i am able to receive sms from other numbers including few from uae.
With regards to the same, i checked with the uae service provided 'etisalat' and they confirmed that the sms is being sent from there network and receiving network "airtel' needs to troubleshoot.

Though i have tried multiple smsm, the latest one was sent at 1331 hours on 6th august 2019 and not received.
