Airtel — Sms pack not working rs .11

Address:Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh, 505184

I recharged for 110 local and national sms pack with rs 11 on 28.04.2017. But each sms is charging airtel rs 1. Even though i recharged sms pack. Customer Care is not responding. Pls its urgent for me sms pack. Resolve my provlem prioritybase.
