[Resolved] Airtel — SMS service not activated

I have changed sim to nano on 4th August, it was informed that after 48 hrs sms service will be activated but till now it has not been.I have tried complaining about the same at your customer care centre at 121 and also visited your service centre they have assured that service will be activated in within 24hrs. My mob. no. [protected].
