[Resolved] Airtel — SMS to an Int'l number was charged but I does not send nor know this number

It has happened three times since service started in August 2022: Sept 2022, October 2022 and April 2023. It is the same UK number (0044xxxxxx5094) that I have no idea about. I am very sure did not send these SMS. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
May 9, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Airtel customer service rep called me and promised to engage proper team to fix it and make sure it does not happen again. Hopefully, I don't have to complain again on this matter. Kudo to Airtel's quick response. Thumb up. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
