[Resolved] Airtel — So disgusting service | |||||
Dear sir, I am a loyalty customer of air tel. My mobile no-[protected]. I take a message offer recharge on rs.349 and get unlimited local & std call validity 28 days. I was recharge this offer on every month. But on date 31/05/17 without my knowledge & without any kind of your information balance was deducted from my main account. When i call to your customer care they are not solve my problem and behave so route. Kindly sir you told me if you provide this type of disgusting service then why we are use air tel?
