Can you tell me the minimum and maximum speed of your 4G? Why your 4G connectivity is not consistent, it frequently changes between 4G 3G H+ no connection? Are you competing with erratic services of BSNL, as to who and how much one can irritate the customer? Have you compared your speed with that in other countries and feel ashamed?
You say this compliant is short. Do you think I should write a book on the issue and send it to you?

Amount debited from card, refund not received. Transaction date 30 June 2018
Please refund soon. Transaction was through airtel mobile app.
