Airtel — staff gave false information and not provided prepaid sim and misbehaved | |||
I went residency to road (Front of bishop cotton boys school) airtel outlet on 26th december 2018, 2.30 pm and asked for new prepaid sim but the representative told that stock of prepaid sim is finished in that store as well as in whole bangalore region so will be available on 28th december (Friday) but exactly after 10 mint when i send my friend (Girl) to the same store they gave a new sim to her immediately, she gave 500 note for the new sim payment they refused to give change and they told its customer duty to bring change not the staff to provide change to customer, when she asked to do payment through debit/credit card they told they dont accept card payment in that store, only cash is accepted.
