Airtel — stopped my services from jio after porting from airtel | |||
Hi, my name is khushbu das and my number is [protected]. This was my airtel number earlier. Due to their poor data services, i ported the same number to jio. But they keep on generating bills even after port and stopped my services from jio stating outstanding bill and some regulations. I have cleared the outstanding payment today at their airtel store and provided the receipt of the payment. Yet, they are asking me to wait for 2 to 4 days, so that their system gets updated. I have a question. My problem is why do i have to wait for days so that their system gets updated. How will i work without any data and mobile facilities when my number remains down.
