Dear team,
I am feeling very angry and sad while writing this to you.
First of all from last seven months if you can check my account you will find every time i have been charged late payment fee and i have every time waived that off just because the bill was not coming to my address on time from last 7 to 8 months.
Its shame to tell you that despite of requesting about the late bill receiving every month the same case was happening again and again.
I choose the bharti airtel because of its great services and customer care support, but all the time you guys proven me wrong.. I am fed up from your services.
I am having 10gb+ 4g data in my account. But what is the use of such data if the speed is even lower then the 2g.
I have also complain ample of time for such case. They responded well but the problem remained the same.
A customer choose postpaid connection because he/she can be hassle free without worrying about again again getting recharge.
I request the team to please look on this mail and wave off the amount.
It was told me by an customer care that it will wave off the 100/- late payment fee but the same was not done.
Now i have decided not to pay until and unless my case been resolved.
If still my case is not been resolved will take all bills and time of delivery to the consumer court.
