Dear sir, This is to inform you that since 30th. July'17 there is no data connection in my mobile. Several time i discussed with your customer care (12118) but every one failed to solve the problem. For your information i'm recharging rs.345.00 every month through my airtel app. & using htc 4g handset. My complain details are as follows : 1. Dated 31st. July'17 ref. No.- rprov[protected]. 2. Dated 03rd. Aug'17 ref. No.- c2gsp[protected]. 3. Dated 02nd. Aug'17 complain id - [protected] at 09.00hrs. 4. Dated 03rd. Aug'17 complain id - [protected] at 09.39hrs. 5. Dated 03rd. Aug'17 ref no. - cmosw [protected]. 6. Dated 04th. Aug'17 ref no. - cmose [protected]. 7. Dated 10th. Aug'17 ref no. - c2gsp [protected]. Now requesting you advice me what should i do?
