I have subscribed to Airtel Xtreme premium services implicitly it gives access to Sony LIV OTT subscription but i am unable to access Sony sports channel. I have raised this concern with Airtel Xtreme on 14th July and following up with customer support on daily basis but there is no resolution yet from Airtel extreme. Everytime I get to hear below statements from customer support.

Request you to please allow us some more time while we are finding a permanent solution for your complaint.
