Airtel — subscription paid but not activated | |||||
I have purchased the wynk music subscription on 6th september 2018 but the subscription did not get activated. Hence, i reached out to support via chat from within the application but they just kept on iterating the same thing that they reached out to support. I also reached out to their support center via email and the same. I also asked for refund if they are unable to fix the issue due to any reason but after asking upon refund they did not even turn up.
