I submitted the required details in your store at 7th main, btm ii stage on sunday the 11th instant for supply of a 4g wi-fi hotspot. I was given a sim bearing no [protected] immediately and was informed that a verification will be done the next day (Monday) and that the device will be handed over on payment of rs 1, 950.
No one turned up on monday.
On tuesday the verification process was completed but the individual informed that i will have to go back to the airtel store for the device since he is required to only complete the verification process.
I contacted the customer service department a while ago and was directed to go back to the store for getting the device. The gentleman was not able to confirm if the device is available in the store and i will have to visit the same to check,
Upon my persistance i was connected to a higher official who put me on hold to check if the device is available. I was on hold for more than 5 minutes and nothing came through.
I finally hung up and am writing this mail.
I wish to o=know if aiirtel will ever supply me the device or that i need to keep shutting between the customer care centre and the store and be happy if and when the device is supplied. Was this information helpful? |
