Dear Sir,
I am a consumer of Airtel Post Paid mobile service since 2012. Over the year as the need grew, i took 2 more post paid connection from Airtel. During 2021, upon their persistent pressures, I opted for a family plan by combining 2 numbers with my own mobile number.
During Jan 2022, my company policy changed and they asked to unbundle family member numbers from my number to be able to get mobile bill reimbursement.
I started requesting to unbundle this family plan since June 2022 by calling 121, 198, writing emails. No one did anything other than giving me new advises other than registering it as a complaint.
Till today, i have visited 3 times to their Airtel Gallery, Umpteen number of calls and 2 emails have not given me any result. I have paid advance payments to them this month twice. They have taken more money, have become a hindrance in getting mobile reimbursement from my company and harassing me to not port out. They are not registering a compliant too.
Kindly help me in this.
p.s - I have attached my payment screenshots stating i have no bill pending rather overpaid.
