[Resolved] Airtel — Talk time balance

I have a prepaid airtel connection no. [protected] from airtel up west circle. after i shifted to ghaziabad i requested to port my same number to airtel delhi which was done by the serevice provider but talk time balance of rs.150.10 which was in airtel up west is not transferred after porting though service provider remains the same. i request you to take up this matter with airtel and help me.
