Airtel — Talktime and internet data not received | |||
I recently port in my number in airtel. The FRC has done after three days from porting. The FRC benefit is Rs. 40 Talktime and 300MB 2G data. But til now i have not recieved the same. I request to cust. care and he gave me a complaint number i.e. given below CBNRD[protected], mobile no. [protected]. he told me that your complaint resolved 16 DEC 2015. But complaint not resolved. when i talk cust care he cut the phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
