we have been using a number from past one and half years. Even 2 days before the deactivation of connection, we have recharged with 230/-. They sent me a message to re-submit my documents.I wanted to ask WHY? Why after 1 year there is a document failure. They just gave 2 days for the re-submission. When I called customer support, they said it is deactivated because of non-usage from long period. But there is no such day, where I did not make/not receive a call. Even I have been using mobile Internet daily. As the customer care support cannot answer my queries, they are hanging up the call. I even visited the nearest outlet, but no use. I am ready to re-submit the documents but they cannot restore my account as such( with balance and other offers). Was this information helpful? |
