Airtel — technical issue not resolved for 3 days even after escalation

So called technical issue is not resolved for 3 days. Activated plan is for 10 days - international roaming which cost rs.1199. After that rs.99 got deducted and reason is rental charges for international network. After the plan activation, rs.290 got deducted and balance is zero. With zero balance we cannot use data and calls. Issue is not resolved for 3 days. Called for 6 times and got very irresponsible answer from senior people. Hopefully after 10 days once the recharged plan is expired, issue will be resolved. 4 times balance got credited back and again same issue. They are deducting balance, then i have to call customer care and get back the balance. Same going on like a chain.
If asked to connect to manager, answer is he is not available, we will make him call back.
Even after 3 days, i have not received any call which is irresponsible.
Worst service.
