[Resolved] Airtel Telecom — Money not refunded | |||||
My transaction no[protected] and[protected] has failed but money deducted. Almost a month passed but money not refunded. Customer care executives also cannot help me out. Need to know when money will be refunded or not. My earlier complaint no. PR[protected] and PR[protected] regarding same issue has been closed without redressal. Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.
Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
Now not refunding my money back.
Reassigning another date and date.
Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.
